About the Event

These sessions will occur on each Monday in February starting on Monday 1st February at 7.30pm.  These will be run by Natasha Flowers a qualified Pilates and Riding Instructor.  

The 4 sessions take place on the following dates & Times:

Monday 1st February 7.30pm

Monday 8th February 7.30pm

Monday 15th February 7.30pm

Monday 22nd February 7.30pm

A zoom invite will be sent out to you ahead of the session and each session will be recorded for those who didnt make the live event.
